Basketball Recap: Creekside's Undefeated Season over After Four Games

The Creekside Knights ended up a good deal behind the Milton Eagles on Monday and lost 55-36. The loss was the Knights' first of the season.

Despite the loss, Creekside still got an impressive performance from Brie McCoy, who posted 11 points and eight rebounds. McCoy has been hot, having posted eight or more boards the last seven times she's played. Another player making a difference was Cami Waters, who scored six points and five rebounds.

Having lost for the first time this season, Creekside fell to 3-1. As for Milton, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Creekside didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 40-37 defeat against Jenkins on the 25th. As for Milton, they have also already played their next contest, a 64-16 victory against West Florida on the 25th.
