Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bridgman). They took their match on Friday with ease, bagging a 76-48 win over the Watervliet Panthers. The Bees have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three contests by 28 points or more this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Bridgman and bumps their season record up to 5-1. As for Watervliet, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bridgman will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Our Lady of the Lake Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025. Bridgman knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Our Lady of the Lake Catholic likes a good challenge. Watervliet will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Bangor at 2:15 p.m. on Friday.
