Levi Hamm was a major factor in Lafayette's win over Lake Cormorant on Saturday. Hamm struck out six batters over 3.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off four hits. The performance also marked the fewest walks (two) he has had since back in April of 2024. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in strikeouts.

Coming up, Hamm and Lafayette will challenge Oxford at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hamm has dominated as far as earned runs are concerned (he's averaged 0 per game this season), but he's got his work cut out for him considering the Chargers have only allowed 3.5 per game this season.
