Notre Dame was led to victory by Jaden Sherwood and Ryan Fitzpatrick. Sherwood dropped a double-double on 13 points and 10 rebounds, while Fitzpatrick scored 21 points along with 7 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of George Woodruff, who scored 6 points.
Notre Dame's win bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Barker, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Notre Dame will take on Royalton-Hartland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Royalton-Hartland focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 27 on Tuesday. As for Barker, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Alden at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
