New Hampton School took care of business in their home opener. They steamrollered Wilbraham & Monson Academy 47-12. The margin was wide but not a surprise since New Hampton School are ranked far ahead of Wilbraham & Monson Academy in the MaxPreps state rankings. This was the first game for both teams, giving New Hampton School a 1-0 record and starting Wilbraham & Monson Academy off at 0-1.
Next week New Hampton School take on Albany Academy for Boys at 3:00 PM. New Hampton School will be strutting in after a win while Albany Academy for Boys will be stumbling in from a defeat. As for Wilbraham & Monson Academy, they will face off against Berkshire School.
