Benton has gone a perfect 4-0 against Shiloh Christian recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. Meanwhile, Shiloh Christian came up short against Farmington on Thursday, falling 3-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Saints in their meetings with the Cardinals: they've now lost three in a row.
Shiloh Christian was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Farmington work for it, especially in the third set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-19, 27-25.
Benton will have to keep a close watch on Bristol Bonanno and Kennedy Brown, a pair of players who had a big impact on Shiloh Christian's prior game. Bonanno had 17 digs and one assist, while Brown had 15 assists. Bonanno has been hot, having posted 11 or more digs the last seven times she's played.
Benton's loss dropped their record down to 21-9. As for Shiloh Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-14-1.
