Chino Valley suffered their biggest loss since December 8, 2023 on Tuesday. They had to suffer through a rough 70-42 loss at the hands of Fountain Hills. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss Chino Valley has suffered against Fountain Hills since February 23, 2021.
Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Bourgade Catholic beat Wickenburg 53-49 on Tuesday. The win was just what Bourgade Catholic needed coming off of a 61-18 loss in their prior game.
Chino Valley has not been sharp recently, as they've lost seven of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season. As for Bourgade Catholic, their win ended a eight-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-13.
