What's more, he posted two strikeouts, the most he's had since back in May of 2025. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two runs and two RBI.
In other pitching news, Cassius Thibeault looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (five).
Back at the plate, Finley Cavers was a standout: he went 3-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one double. Another player making a difference was Carter Davis, who went 3-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.
Oxford Hills kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 16 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.
The victory made it two in a row for Oxford Hills and bumps their season record up to 10-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.5 runs over those games. As for Lewiston, their loss dropped their record down to 0-11.
