Eastern Mennonite won the last time they faced Miller School of Albemarle and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Flames came out on top against the Mavericks by a score of 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-15, 25-27, 25-22.

Jordyn Shoemaker paced Eastern Mennonite's offense, picking up 13 kills. Shoemaker got some help from Eve Bixler and her 19 assists. Emilee Shank controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Eastern Mennonite has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. As for Miller School of Albemarle, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.
