Basketball Recap: Saturday's Win Is Trinity Christian Academy's Seventh in Last Eight Outings

Trinity Christian Academy posted their closest win since November 10, 2023 on Saturday. It was close, but they capped 2024 with a 47-44 victory over the Texoma Christian Eagles.

Trinity Christian Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Luke Nutt, who posted 16 points in addition to seven boards and six assists. Nutt's evening made it nine games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Luke Rolen, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 rebounds.

Trinity Christian Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in three consecutive games.
