Homewood had won two straight home games and Kamryn Coleman did her part to make it three on Tuesday. The Patriots were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Gardendale Rockets with plenty of help from Coleman, who had 13 digs and four aces. She has been hot, having also posted 12 or more assists the last six times she's played.

Homewood walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-21, 25-13.

Homewood now has a winning record of 19-18. As for Gardendale, their loss dropped their record down to 11-14.

Homewood didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Jackson-Olin on the 15th. Gardendale has also already played their next matchup (against Clay-Chalkville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
