Cheney RVT stacked a tenth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They breezed by Prince RVT on the road to the tune of 83-43. With Cheney RVT ahead 37-14 at the half, the match was all but over already.
Dam'nic Gittens continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, almost dropping a double-double on 25 points and nine rebounds. He hasn't dropped below 25 points for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Dazhaun Copeland, who almost dropped a double-double on 18 points and nine rebounds.
Meanwhile, Norwich RVT was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Wednesday as they fell 54-49 to the Rams.
Cheney RVT has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season. As for Norwich RVT, their loss dropped their record down to 4-9.
Everything went Cheney RVT's way against the Warriors when the teams last played back in February of 2023 as the Beavers made off with a 93-72 win. Does Cheney RVT have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Warriors turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
