The Windsor Forest Knights pushed their score all the way to 61 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They were the victim of a tough 81-61 defeat at the hands of New Hampstead. Windsor Forest has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Despite the loss, Windsor Forest still got an impressive performance from Troy Smith, who scored 17 points. Another player making a difference was Andrea Applewhite, who scored 10 points.
Windsor Forest now has a losing record at 2-3. As for New Hampstead, they pushed their record up to 4-3 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road.
Windsor Forest will take on Calvary Day at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Calvary Day comes in still looking for their first win of the season. New Hampstead will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Lower Richland at 4:00 p.m. on December 20th.
