It's playoff time, and Wimberley had no trouble coming through when it counted. Everything went their way against the Navarro Panthers on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory was nothing new for the Texans as they're now sitting on 29 straight.
Trinity Laney paced Wimberley's offense, picking up 13 kills. Laney got some help from Carson Peoples and her 18 assists. Skylar Herring controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
Wimberley's win bumped their record up to 43-5. As for Navarro, their defeat dropped their record down to 22-19.
Wimberley has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Sweeny on the 6th. Navarro does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
