The biggest upset of the week belonged to Whittier RVT, who took down 180th ranked Northeast Metro RVT, 18-16.
The Wildcats moved up to 173 from 200 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Commonwealth - Large. Whittier RVT climbed the ranks as a result of a 18-16 win over the Knights.
Northeast Metro RVT's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Knights feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Troy Tartarini has thrown for 331 yards and five touchdowns this season, while Nick Giangregorio has eight catches for 144 yards. Kenny Bartolo leads the league in rushing with 525 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Greater Lawrence Tech takes on Lynn Vo-Tech. As it stands, the Reggies are in third, while the Tigers are in fifth.
Kevin Bradley's team extended the longest winning streak in Commonwealth - Large this week by beating Northeast Metro RVT, 18-16. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Wildcats.
