Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Glenelg Country). They walked away with an 88-77 win over the New Hope Academy National Tigers on Saturday. While the Dragons didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

When it comes to explaining why New Hope Academy National lost, don't look at Haki Muhammed II. Despite the final result, he went 11 for 23 on his way to 31 points and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Uriah Augare-Deal, who went 5 of 9 on his way to 12 points.

Glenelg Country has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.0 points per game. As for New Hope Academy National, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 12-11.
