Austin Swonger Dazzles in South Barber Win
South Barber picked up their sixth consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Austin Swonger. Swonger did his part (and then some), rushing for 83 yards and two touchdowns on only seven carries, while also throwing for 175 yards and three touchdowns for the 'W'. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, forcing a fumble and making seven total tackles in addition to snagging an interception which he returned one-yard for a touchdown.
Traver must have Southern Coffey County's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Traver rushed for 178 yards and three touchdowns on only eight carries, and also picked up 131 receiving yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Titans duked it out back in September.
