The Hope Christian Huskies baseball team scored 10 runs and held the host Atrisco Heritage Academy Jaguars to 6 in the Huskies non-league win on Wednesday.
The Huskies now hold a 19-6 record. They take the field next when they host Del Norte for a 4A District 6 test on Friday, May 1. Hope Christian will play a Knights team coming off a 10-1 league loss to Valley (Albuquerque, NM). The Knights record now stands at 3-20.
With the defeat, Atrisco Heritage Academy drops to 12-13 on the year. The Jaguars host Albuquerque (Albuquerque, NM) to play the Bulldogs in a 5A District 5 test on Friday, May 1. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 11-14. Albuquerque lost 15-5 in their recent league test against Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM)
