Berne Union Rockets (Sugar Grove, OH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Miller Falcons (Corning, OH), 52-8 in a league bout.

With the win, Berne Union upgrades its record to 18-0 on the season. The Rockets travel to Fisher Catholic (Lancaster, OH) to play the Irish in a Mid-State - Cardinal bout on Tuesday, January 24. The Irish go into the bout with a record of 12-4. Fisher Catholic won 74-28 in their recent league bout against Miller (Corning, OH)

Next up, the Falcons play the Bishop Rosecrans Bishops (Zanesville, OH) in a Mid-State - Cardinal bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Miller will attempt to upgrade on its 1-16 season record. The Bishops go into the bout with a 10-7 record after their 51-24 league win over Fairfield Christian Academy (Lancaster, OH).
