In Thursday's league test, the Portage Mustangs (Portage, PA) basketball squad trounced the visiting Conemaugh Township Indians (Davidsville, PA), by a score of 60-31.

Next, the Mustangs encounter the Cambria Heights Highlanders (Patton, PA) in a Heritage test, on Friday, January 30. Portage will attempt to improve on its 12-8 season record.

The Indians (5-13) will now prepare for their test against Shade (Cairnbrook, PA). The Panthers go into the non-league bout with a 8-10 record. In their last bout, Shade crushed Ferndale (Johnstown, PA), 48-21, in a league bout.
