The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Austwell-Tivoli Redfish (Tivoli, TX) and the visiting Nordheim Pirates (Nordheim, TX), observed Austwell-Tivoli's basketball team overwhelm Nordheim by a score of 72-11.

The Redfish (24-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Moulton (Moulton, TX). The Bobkatz come into the 1A Region IV District 30 challenge with a 29-3 record. In their last challenge, Moulton trounced Waelder (Waelder, TX), 72-5, in a league challenge.

Next up, the Pirates meet the Prairie Lea Indians (Prairie Lea, TX) in a 1A Region IV District 30 battle, on Tuesday, February 10. Nordheim will attempt to advance on its 4-14 season record. The Indians enter the battle with a 0-12 record after their 42-30 league loss to Runge (Runge, TX).
