In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Roma Gladiators volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Mission Eagles.

The Gladiators (11-20) will now prepare for their challenge against Martin (Laredo, TX). The Tigers go into the 5A Region IV District 30 test with a 7-20 record. In their last test, Martin went down by Nixon (Laredo, TX), 3-0, in a league test.

The Eagles now sport a 8-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Palmview for a 5A Region IV District 30 test on Saturday, October 18. Mission will face a Lobos squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Mission Veterans Memorial (Mission, TX). The Lobos record now stands at 22-7.
