The George Washington Patriots lacrosse squad scored 17 points and limited the visiting Mountain State Vikings to 2 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Patriots now own a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Morgantown for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 18. George Washington will clash with a Mohigans squad coming off a 10-6 non-league win over Butler (Butler, PA). The Mohigans record now stands at 9-0.

With the loss, Mountain State falls to 1-3 on the year. The Vikings host John Marshall (Glen Dale, WV) to clash with the Monarchs in a WVSLA -DII West challenge on Saturday, April 18. The Monarchs go into the challenge with a record of 3-6. John Marshall won 5-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Brooke (Wellsburg, WV)
