September 3, 2022: Tucson, AZ 85730 The Sahuarita Mustangs topped the host Santa Rita Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Mustangs now have a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sunnyside for a non-league test on Saturday, September 3. Sahuarita will confront a Blue Devils team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Cholla (Tucson, AZ). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-0.
The Eagles (0-3) will now prepare for their test against St. John Paul II Catholic (Avondale, AZ). The Lions enter the non-league test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, St. John Paul II Catholic gained a win over San Tan Charter (Gilbert, AZ), 3-1, in a non-league test.
