2. Player of the Year

   Congratulations to Ty Turner for being selected as Player of the Year. Ty set school records for batting average (.500) and for on base percentage (.594). Ty also hit an amazing .529 with runners in scoring position this year, walked 21 times, and struck out only 11 times in 101 plate appearances. Ty collected 27 hits on the season, hit 7 doubles, hit a home run, and had 20 RBI to go with 20 runs scored.
