California High School Basketball - Alhambra over Norwalk
December 30, 2017: Alhambra, CA 91801 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Alhambra Moors (Alhambra, CA) and the visiting Norwalk Lancers (Norwalk, CA), saw Alhambra's basketball squad overcome Norwalk by a tally of 49-29.
With the victory, Alhambra improves its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Moors travel to Baldwin Park (Baldwin Park, CA) to confront the Braves in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 4. The Braves come into the challenge with a record of 1-7. Baldwin Park lost 53-30 in their recent non-league challenge against Whittier Christian (La Habra, CA)
Next up, the Lancers confront the Mayfair Monsoons (Lakewood, CA) in a Suburban challenge, on Friday, January 5. Norwalk will attempt to improve on its 8-6 season record. The Monsoons come into the challenge with a 6-9 record after their 53-33 non-league win over Sage Hill (Newport Beach, CA).
