Ohio High School Basketball - Johnstown-Monroe can't hold off Worthington Christian
January 3, 2012: Worthington, OH 43085 The Worthington Christian Warriors basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Johnstown-Monroe Johnnies to 56 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Warriors now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Columbus Academy for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 7.
The Johnnies (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Fredericktown (Fredericktown, OH). The Freddies enter the Mid-Buckeye contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Fredericktown was nudged by Clear Fork (Bellville, OH), 57-47, in a non-league contest.
