The Mineral County Serpents basketball team scored 30 points and restricted the visiting Sage Ridge Scorpions to 8 in the Serpents league victory on Tuesday.

The Serpents now sport a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sierra Lutheran for a IV Northern - West contest on Friday, January 30. Mineral County will battle a Falcons team coming off a 38-28 league loss to Coleville (Coleville, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 5-13.
