Texas High School Basketball - Burbank holds off Victoria East
February 21, 2012: San Antonio, TX 78204 Burbank Bulldogs (San Antonio, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nip the visiting Victoria East Titans (Victoria, TX), 45-44 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Burbank upgrades its record to 24-9 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Veterans Memorial (Brownsville, TX) to play the Chargers in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 25. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 4-4. Veterans Memorial won 53-51 in their recent non-league bout against Ray (Corpus Christi, TX)
