The Northwest Guilford Vikings basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Ragsdale Tigers to 56 in the Vikings league triumph on Thursday.

The Vikings now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glenn for a Piedmont Triad 4A contest on Friday, January 13. Northwest Guilford will meet a Bobcats team coming off a 67-50 league loss to East Forsyth (Kernersville, NC). The Bobcats record now stands at 5-9.

The Tigers (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against High Point Central (High Point, NC). The Bison enter the Piedmont Triad 4A contest with a 8-4 record. In their last contest, High Point Central nudged Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC), 52-50, in a non-league contest.
