New York High School Football - St. Joseph-by-the-Sea trounced by Holy Trinity
October 1, 2016: Staten Island, NY 10312 Holy Trinity Titans (Hicksville, NY) fans left the game satisfied Saturday as they observed their football team rout the host St. Joseph-by-the-Sea Vikings (Staten Island, NY), 55-22 in a league test.
With the win, Holy Trinity improves its record to 4-0 on the season. The Titans host Poly Prep Country Day (Brooklyn, NY) to confront the Blue Devils in a non-league test on Saturday, October 8. The Blue Devils go into the test with a record of 3-2. Poly Prep Country Day won 21-14 in their recent non-league test against St. John the Baptist (West Islip, NY)
With the loss, St. Joseph-by-the-Sea drops to 2-2 on the season. The Vikings travel to Fordham Prep (Bronx, NY) to encounter the Rams in a Catholic AA contest on Friday, October 7. The Rams go into the contest with a record of 3-1. Fordham Prep won 35-13 in their recent league contest against Mt. St. Michael Academy (Bronx, NY)
