January 17, 2017: Waco, TX 76705 In Tuesday's non-league game, the Shoemaker Wolves (Killeen, TX) soccer squad overwhelmed the host Connally Cadets (Waco, TX), by a count of 9-0.
The Wolves (2-2) will now prepare for their game against San Angelo Central (San Angelo, TX). The Bobcats go into the 6A Region 1 District 8 game with a 3-4 record. In their last game, San Angelo Central was overwhelmed by Abilene (Abilene, TX), 4-1, in a non-league game.
The Cadets (1-3) will now prepare for their game against University (Waco, TX). The Trojans go into the non-league game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, University notched a victory over Midway (Waco, TX), 4-0, in a non-league game.
