The Basha Bears crushed the host Red Mountain Mountain Lions baseball team by a count of 16-1 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Bears now possess a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they host Cesar Chavez for a non-league bout on Friday, March 6. Basha will face a Champions team coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to Perry (Gilbert, AZ). The Champions record now stands at 1-4.

Next, the Mountain Lions face the Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 7. Red Mountain will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record.
