January 23, 2018: Ramseur, NC 27316 The Jordan-Matthews Jets held off the host Eastern Randolph Wildcats basketball team by a tally of 66-65 in Tuesday's league battle.
The Jets now possess a 4-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southern Lee for a non-league battle on Wednesday, January 24. Jordan-Matthews will confront a Cavaliers team coming off a 73-54 league win over Union Pines (Cameron, NC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 12-2.
The Wildcats (1-15) will now prepare for their battle against Wheatmore (Trinity, NC). The Warriors come into the PAC 7 2A battle with a 13-4 record. In their last battle, Wheatmore edged Trinity (Trinity, NC), 44-36, in a league battle.
