The Alief Elsik Rams basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the visiting Alief Hastings Bears to 22 in the Rams league victory on Tuesday.

The Rams now sport a 9-5 record. They play next when they host La Porte for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 8. Alief Elsik will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 55-33 non-league loss to Clear Lake (Houston, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-4.

The Bears (3-10) will now prepare for their contest against Eisenhower (Houston, TX). The Eagles come into the 5A Region III District 18 contest with a 7-4 record.
