The West Jones Mustangs topped the host Wingfield Falcons basketball team by a final score of 73-53 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Mustangs face the Holmes County Central Jaguars (Lexington, MS) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 2. West Jones will attempt to move on its 24-3 season record. The Jaguars enter the game with a 25-6 record after their 53-42 non-league win over Center Hill (Olive Branch, MS).
