Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Milan Wildcats (Milan, MO) and the visiting Linn County Mustangs (Purdin, MO), saw Milan's basketball squad hold off Linn County by a count of 55-53.

With the victory, Milan upgrades its record to 13-5 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Schuyler County (Lancaster, MO) to play the Rams in a Tri-Rivers challenge on Tuesday, February 14. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 13-8. Schuyler County won 60-50 in their recent non-league challenge against Canton (Canton, MO)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Tina-Avalon Dragons (Tina, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 15. Linn County will attempt to upgrade on its 10-11 season record.
