The Bellevue Comets (Bellevue, IA) basketball felled the host Preston Trojans (Preston, IA), 55-46 in Tuesday's league test.

The Comets (7-0) will now prepare for their test against Lisbon (Lisbon, IA). The Lions go into the Big East test with a 5-3 record. In their last test, Lisbon defeated Marquette (Bellevue, IA), 52-48, in a league test.
