Maryland High School Basketball - Easton thwarts Delmar
December 30, 2009: Easton, MD 21601 The Easton Warriors (Easton, MD) basketball felled the visiting Delmar Wildcats (Delmar, DE), 73-55 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Warriors (4-1) will now prepare for their test against North Dorchester (Hurlock, MD). The Eagles go into the Bayside - North test with a 0-6 record. In their last test, North Dorchester went down by Laurel (Laurel, DE), 60-52, in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now own a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they host Indian River for a Henlopen - Southern test on Tuesday, January 5. Delmar will clash with a Indians squad coming off a 91-54 non-league loss to North Caroline (Ridgely, MD). The Indians record now stands at 0-6.
