The Lexington Golden Bears held off the visiting Sand Rock Wildcats volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Golden Bears now have a 20-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lawrence County for a non-league test on Monday, September 28. Lexington will confront a Red Devils team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Haleyville (Haleyville, AL). The Red Devils record now stands at 25-11.

The Wildcats (29-8) will now prepare for their test against Ashville (Ashville, AL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league test with a 15-14 record.
