Utah High School Basketball - Jordan can't hold off Taylorsville
November 24, 2009: Sandy, UT 84070 The Taylorsville Warriors basketball team scored 47 points and restricted the host Jordan Beetdiggers to 42 in the Warriors non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Warriors now sport a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Murray for a non-league contest on Wednesday, November 25. Taylorsville will meet a Spartans team coming off a 43-37 non-league loss to Orem (Orem, UT). The Spartans record now stands at 0-1.
The Beetdiggers (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Cyprus (Magna, UT). The Pirates come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Cyprus was nudged by Northridge (Layton, UT), 43-18, in a non-league contest.
