With the triumph, Grapevine improves its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Carter-Riverside (Fort Worth, TX) to confront the Eagles in a 5A Region I District 8 test on Friday, October 7. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 3-2. Carter-Riverside won 33-0 in their recent league test against Poly (Fort Worth, TX)
With the loss, Dunbar drops to 0-5 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Eastern Hills (Fort Worth, TX) to confront the Highlanders in a 5A Region I District 8 test on Saturday, October 8. The Highlanders come into the test with a record of 2-3. Eastern Hills lost 35-7 in their recent league test against Heritage (Colleyville, TX)
