October 17, 2014: Salina, KS 67401 The South Cougars football squad scored 14 points and restricted the visiting Central Mustangs to 7 in the Cougars league victory on Friday.
The Cougars now possess a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Newton for a Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail Division I battle on Friday, October 24. South will play a Railroaders squad coming off a 27-0 non-league loss to Great Bend (Great Bend, KS). The Railroaders record now stands at 2-5.
