California High School Basketball - Foothill fells Freedom

Foothill Mustangs (Sacramento, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Freedom Falcons (Oakley, CA), 56-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Foothill upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Lincoln (Stockton, CA) to confront the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 13. The Trojans come into the challenge with a record of 3-4. Lincoln lost 62-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Christian Brothers (Sacramento, CA)

Next up, the Falcons confront the Monte Vista Mustangs (Danville, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 16. Freedom will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 82-43 non-league win over Oakland (Oakland, CA).
