Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Chichester can't hold off Bensalem
January 3, 2017: Bensalem, PA 19020 The Bensalem Fighting Owls basketball team scored 36 points and restricted the visiting Chichester Eagles to 31 in the Fighting Owls non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Fighting Owls now sport a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Council Rock South for a Suburban One - National contest on Friday, January 6. Bensalem will battle a Golden Hawks team coming off a 34-29 non-league win over Pennridge (Perkasie, PA). The Golden Hawks record now stands at 5-4.
The Eagles (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Phoenixville (Phoenixville, PA). The Phantoms come into the non-league contest with a 4-5 record.
