Spectators at Wednesday's non-league match between the Globe Tigers (Globe, AZ) and the visiting ASU Prep Sun Devils (Phoenix, AZ), witnessed Globe's softball squad prevail over ASU Prep by a count of 21-1.

The Tigers now sport a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Safford for a 3A Central match on Tuesday, March 27. Globe will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 16-3 non-league win over Thatcher (Thatcher, AZ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-5.

With the loss, ASU Prep moves to 1-4 on the season. The Sun devils travel to Valley Christian (Chandler, AZ) to meet the Trojans in a 3A Metro match on Tuesday, March 27.
