California High School Soccer - Peninsula nudges Redondo Union
February 5, 2018: Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274 The Peninsula Panthers soccer squad scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Redondo Union Sea Hawks to 2 in the Panthers league triumph on Monday.
The Panthers now hold a 11-6 record. They play next when they host Palos Verdes for a Bay test on Wednesday, February 7. Peninsula will meet a Sea Kings squad coming off a 9-0 league win over Morningside (Inglewood, CA). The Sea Kings record now stands at 16-7.
With the loss, Redondo Union drops to 12-11 on the season. The Sea hawks travel to Mira Costa (Manhattan Beach, CA) to meet the Mustangs in a Bay test on Wednesday, February 7. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 14-4. Mira Costa won 6-0 in their recent league test against Inglewood (Inglewood, CA)
