In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting William Penn Bearcats basketball team scored a tight 67-60 triumph over the Harrisburg Cougars.

In their next game, the Bearcats face the Central York Panthers (York, PA) in a York-Adams 1 match, on Tuesday, December 18. William Penn will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Panthers go into the test with a 2-3 record after their 59-34 non-league loss to Cumberland Valley (Mechanicsburg, PA).
