Kansas High School Basketball - Field Kindley fells Fort Scott
February 16, 2018: Coffeyville, KS 67337 Field Kindley Golden Tornado (Coffeyville, KS) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Fort Scott Tigers (Fort Scott, KS), 67-53 in a league bout.
With the win, Field Kindley upgrades its record to 10-8 on the season. The Golden Tornado host Labette County (Altamont, KS) to clash with the Grizzlies in a Southeast Kansas bout on Tuesday, February 20. The Grizzlies go into the bout with a record of 12-6. Labette County lost 76-53 in their recent league bout against Pittsburg (Pittsburg, KS)
Next up, the Tigers clash with the Independence Bulldogs (Independence, KS) in a Southeast Kansas bout, on Tuesday, February 20. Fort Scott will attempt to upgrade on its 6-12 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 4-14 record after their 60-54 league win over Chanute (Chanute, KS).
