Georgia High School Soccer - Benedictine knocks off Savannah Country Day
March 27, 2018: Savannah, GA 31406 Benedictine Cadets (Savannah, GA) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Savannah Country Day Hornets (Savannah, GA), 4-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cadets face the Jeff Davis Yellowjackets (Hazlehurst, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 29. Benedictine will attempt to better on its 8-3 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the challenge with a 9-3 record after their 8-3 league win over Bacon County (Alma, GA).
The Hornets now have a 9-2 record. They take the field next when they host McIntosh County Academy for a Area 1 challenge on Thursday, March 29. Savannah Country Day will face a Buccaneers team coming off a 9-0 league loss to Woodville-Tompkins (Savannah, GA). The Buccaneers record now stands at 0-3.
